PC Computer Support

Technical Support is provided to all my
customer via phone, e-mail, remotely, in my office or
on-site. If you are not under
warranty or under a maintenance contract you will be
charged $50 per hour on labor plus the cost of any
components needed to fix your system. Some projects or
labor might be charged different according to its
nature, an estimate has to be done.

Warranty
All computer systems and
any other hardware related component carry one year of
warranty, which will be replaced at no cost. If it is
not under warranty or is a problem other than hardware
then the regular labor plus parts (if any) will be
charged.It is your
responsibility to bring the system to my office to be
checked, if I do it on-site a charge may apply. |

Remote
Desktop Operation
When the problem in the
computer is not physical, I might be able to fix it
remotely using the MS Windows Remote Connection or
Symantec's PC Anywhere. This also helps when you need
some kind of step by step guide or procedure on
something that you need to know.
